Post Organizing and Upkeep
If you're worried about what will happen after we're done organizing you space, there's no need to worry. Not only will I organize your space and teach you the skills to do the same, but if you're unable to keep up with it, I offer upkeep sessions for a discounted fee. Depending on necessity, we can schedule time each month.

I can assist you with downsizing, packing, and moving your belongings. I can help you through the process of sorting and purging before the move, and get the clutter hauled away. I will work with you, make a plan of action based on your needs, and get it done. We will work together during this process and I will help reduce your stress by leading you through it.

Unpacking and Home Set Up
  • Unpack boxes and put everything away in specific rooms or your entire house

When it comes to what potential home buyers are looking for, less is more. 

Although you may be very proud of they way you have decorated your home, and the way you have displayed your "collections" of things; when someone walks into your home they want to be able to envision their things in the space. Sometimes just packing up a few items and rearranging the furniture will create the space for their vision. In other instances, removing furniture, wall hangings and possibly a fresh coat of paint may be required. 

I will work with your and your realtor to come up with and implement the vision that we believe buyers will be looking for when viewing your space. We all want to make sure you get top dollar for the house that you have made your home.

If you are ready to give your home a face lift, but don't know where to start, I will work with you and we can do it together. I can come in and assess the items you currently own, go over the ideas of what you would like the space to look like and decide what items of yours we can use and what needs to be purchased. We will use the available resources to transform your space into the oasis you have envisioned and we can do it within your budget.
